2025 Vacation Bible School Information

Once you have clicked on the SUBMIT button you will receive a message that says the registration form was received by Wendy Bengtson.

The on-line registration form is below for you to complete.  

The form allows you to register up to four (4) children on one form.  It also includes our REQUIRED RELEASE FORM which must be signed by parent.  If you register on-line, your typed signature is your digital signature.
